Christian outdoor centres offer adventurous activity programmes for children, young people and adults. Led by skilled instructors, these can be exceptionally valuable in evangelism and discipleship, as well as great fun!

The manager of an outdoor centre in Wales, says: "A group could experience and understand faith through abseiling; patience, trust and self-control through team-building; and kindness through the encouragement of a patient Christian instructor." He adds: "Many Christians have taken a major spiritual step forward while visiting a Christian outdoor centre. And many church leaders took their first faltering steps in leadership at such a centre."
