All members are able to attend Regional Meetings that usually take place every 6 months, in the spring and autumn. These day events are open to all Christian conference centre staff, Christian hotel staff, Christian camp organisers and Christian holiday providers.

These meetings are a lifeline to many who serve in very isolated situations, often providing them with encouragement and prayer support, as well as networking and training opportunities.
