The application process is in two parts:

1. Please register for the CCI site (if you have not already done so) 

2. Please complete the online application form for the type of membership you require:

• Centre membership
• Small centre membership
• Organisation
• Festival
• Church
• Associate

At the end of the form, you will be directed to our payment page - you can pay online securely via Worldpay, using a debit or credit card or by Paypal. If you prefer to pay by cheque, please contact the office once you have compelted the online application form.
