- Fellowship, Training and Networking – CRNet runs a conference every year. The National Conference runs every two years and the CRNet Leadership Conference is held alternate years
- Regional Meetings – These occur at least twice a year and are an opportunity for you to meet with people in a similar situation to you. The meetings are an opportunity to share ideas and support one another.
- Specialised Training Events – These run at certain times of the year or at Regional Meetings.

- Enhanced Credibility – Through the use of the CRNet logo on your brochures and stationery when you sign the CCI Code of Practice. This is not a mandatory requirement for membership. It is a statement that’s based on providing excellent service to guests.

- Linked Membership – Large organisations receive 2 Linked memberships and smaller organisations 1 Linked membership. These are included in the membership fee and enable key staff to receive the same CCI material that managers do. Additional Linked Memberships can be purchased at £14.18 p.a.
