Delivery Charges

For deliveries outside the UK a £4 charge per item will be added for every book ordered. The charge will be added at the final stage of the online ordering process. No delivery charges apply to UK orders.

Order Acceptance

Please Note: Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch of the Products ordered to you unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order.

Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

• The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
• Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
• The identification of a pricing or product description error
• You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out below

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, JCB, Electron, Solo and Switch. Payments must be made before your order will be processed.

Shipping And Handling

Postage & Packing costs are included for all UK orders. International Orders are subject to a fee of £3.00

Refunds

Refunds will only be made if we cannot fulfil your order or if we do not accept it (see Order Acceptance above). If this is the case we will contact you.

Delivery Schedule

Deliveries will normally be made within 14 days of receiving your order. If you have not received your order by this time please email office@cci.org.uk for further information.

Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising in respect of any goods ordered from this website shall be resolved only by the courts in England and Wales and you are taken to submit to this jurisdiction with every order placed.
