Sail, Climb, Paddle - have an adventure at FACT.

Based on the River Blackwater on the Essex coast, FACT is a unique place for adventure, relaxation and exploring the environment. From youth groups and schools to individual days and weekends, we have something to inspire everyone.

We are an RYA accredited training centre offering courses in sailing and power boating for the total beginner to the seasoned sailor. That's not all, we have a climbing wall, high ropes and archery for your more adventurous side as well as a variety of other land and water-based activities.

Our floating centre, the Lightvessel Trinity, offers a unique experience - which for many is a highlight of their visit. Guests are served by the centre staff and expert volunteers who form the lively Christian community which is Fellowship Afloat.
